Group Class Bundles are offered at three different pricing tiers to accommodate the varying needs of those who are managing chronic health conditions. This is the subsidized 10-pack option.

Group Classes are good for those who prefer to practice in community and whose schedules align with the class schedule.

Bundle packs are good for six months after the purchase date.
