This healing yoga class is a good option for students who are experiencing moderate pain, fatigue, and/or cognitive issues and have decent mobility and range of motion. It includes an accessible mix of carefully selected postures done while standing, sitting in a sturdy chair, and also while sitting and lying on our yoga mats. Together, we will flow through this gentle practice accompanied by peaceful breathwork and meditation techniques to awaken our inner healers, balance our emotions, and regulate our nervous systems.
Modifications will be offered, as needed. Please communicate any issues or needs to the teacher before the start of class.

Private Sessions are a good option for those who need a personalized yoga sequence or who require more flexibility with scheduling. Each Private Session lasts one hour from start to finish.
Drop-in (single) one-on-one sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $25- $35/hr. Five and 10-pack Private Session Bundles, which bring the cost per class down further and offer an easy "set-it-and-forget-it" format, are offered at three different pricing tiers (Full Price, Partially Discounted, and Subsidized) to meet varying financial means. All students must complete a free 10-minute phone consultation before their first private session. You can schedule your call directly with me or use the scheduling system. Once these steps are complete, you can book your first session. You can use the appointment calendar or correspond directly with Milena through email or text to schedule yours.
Private Group Sessions are also offered for those who wish to practice exclusively with family or friends. Please connect with me for more details.

We invite you to join Soul Tribe Yoga Collective's meditation challenge! Participants do their best to commit to a daily meditation practice that aligns with their needs and lifestyle. To enhance each of our practices and further develop our meditation skills, we gather online each Friday to receive guidance and meditate in community.
This meditation offering is available to all students, including those who are not yet able to take Private Sessions or Group Classes. There is no cost to participate. Donations in any amount are welcome. All donations benefit the Soul Tribe Yoga Collective Scholarship fund for students who are experiencing substantial financial hardship.
Our Weekly Community Meditations last 25 minutes including five minutes of guidance and twenty minutes of silent meditation.

Students actively participating in Private Sessions or Group Classes are welcome to join our monthly Soul Tribe Support Group which begins with a 20-minute meditation followed by mindful sharing, contemplation, and discussion - all while sipping on our favorite cup of tea. We typically meet on one of the last Fridays of the month. Topics and guidance are provided.
Soul Tribe "Tea," as it is commonly referred to, is a safe and inclusive space where students can connect, contemplate self-development, celebrate successes, and receive support through difficult times. We gain perspective, open our minds and hearts, and, encourage one another as we navigate our healing journeys.
These gatherings are offered free of charge. Donations in any amount are accepted and go directly to the Soul Tribe Yoga Collective Scholarship Fund to benefit students who are undergoing significant financial hardship so they can access our healing yoga services.

This class is a supportive option for students with highly sensitive bodies or those experiencing substantial challenges such as pain, fatigue, or disorientation. The practice includes an accessible blend of carefully chosen postures—done standing, seated in a sturdy chair, and while sitting or lying down. If you don’t have a yoga mat, a blanket, or a towel works well.
Milena will guide you through a gentle, healing sequence, weaving in peaceful breathwork and meditation techniques to help regulate the nervous system and awaken the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Modifications will be offered throughout. To best support your safety and comfort, it’s important to let Milena know about any relevant health issues or concerns, including new or worsened symptoms, either at the start of class or in advance by email (milena@soultribeyc.com) or text (970) 444-2120.

Join Milena for a rejuvenating morning of yoga and mindful sipping at Luminous Teahouse. This all-levels class is designed to relax your body, quiet your mind, and set a peaceful tone for the rest of your day.
Registration includes a tea and a pastry of your choice following our hour-long yoga practice. Please bring your own mat and blocks (if you use them). We have a few blocks at the teahouse.
