
This class is a good option for students who are experiencing moderate pain, fatigue, and/or cognitive issues and have decent mobility and range of motion. It includes an accessible mix of carefully selected postures done while standing, sitting in a sturdy chair, and also while sitting and lying on our yoga mats. Each class is tailored to the needs of each student on the day of class. Together, we will flow through this gentle practice accompanied by peaceful breathwork and meditation techniques to stimulate blood flow and lymph drainage, awaken our inner healers, balance our emotions, and regulate our nervous systems.
Modifications will be offered, as needed. Please communicate any issues or needs to the teacher before the start of class.
