Join Milena for a rejuvenating morning of yoga and mindful sipping at Luminous Teahouse. This all-levels class is designed to relax your body, quiet your mind, and set a peaceful tone for the rest of your day.

Registration includes a tea and a pastry of your choice following our hour-long yoga practice. Please bring your own mat and blocks (if you use them). We have a few blocks at the teahouse if needed.
