
We invite you to join Soul Tribe Yoga Collective's meditation challenge! Participants do their best to commit to a daily meditation practice that aligns with their needs and lifestyle. To enhance each of our practices and further develop our meditation skills, we gather online each Friday to receive guidance and meditate in community.
This meditation offering is available to all students, including those who are not yet able to take Private Sessions or Group Classes. There is no cost to participate. Donations in any amount are welcome. All donations benefit the Soul Tribe Yoga Collective Scholarship fund for students who are experiencing substantial financial hardship.
Our Weekly Community Meditations last 25 minutes including five minutes of guidance and twenty minutes of silent meditation.
